I think the rule is absolutely needed in schools, because it can effectively prevent students from being addicted to the internet and ensure students can have adequate rest to prepare themselves for the next day’s study task. How the rule is enforced?

学校规则是如何具体实施的。enforce(实施)=implement，enact(制定)=set up/ establish这组词应该要放在一起记忆，是讲到法律法规或是政府职能时的必备词汇。

The internet will be disconnected at 10 pm every night and recovered at 8 am next morning. As long as the signal of the internet is blocked, we will no longer have access to it, which means everything we are processing with the computer will be interrupted. (cut off, disconnect, block，用到三组不同的词来表示断开)

Explain why you agree or disagree the rule?

这个问题的答案可以取其一，也可以进行好坏两方面的解释。

I think this law is useful because it stops students from excessive usage of internet. However, it also brings us a lot of inconvenience in doing homework. Besides, this rule makes it impossible for us to use our time flexibly due to the fact that most of work we do should be assisted by computers. Instead of restrict the access to the internet, schools should come up with something more practical to cultivate students’ own initiatives of time management(两组递进连词).
